WHO REQUIRED FSSAI FOOD LICENCE ?

1· License/Registration with FSSAI is mandatory for every Food Business Owner.

· 2 The person who deals in Import-Export for food has to get registered in FSSAI License (Food License in India) and also need to get IE Code .

· 3. When Food Business Operator is operating in two or more than two states, it just has to obtain one additional central License or the Head office/Registered office and also apply for a separate license for each location.
